Well, it's always hard to come up with a good challenge. Get your heart rate up and keep it up for 15 minutes. To get it up, do kickboxing, jumping rope, jogging, lunges, squats, whatever it takes and you can switch these around to keep it new for 15 minutes. THEN do leg lifts and situps for 10 more minutes. Hope that's enough of a challenge for you guys who say you've stayed the same for weeks in a row! This routine is pretty much my workout (when I can) otherwise, I'm busy weeding and hoeing and playing with the kids and cleaning and ... well, you get the idea. Keep drinking lots of fluids and eat small portions at meal time and perhaps a snack in between breakfast and lunch. This is my formula. Keep up the great work! Robin :)
