Idea's for exercising

1. Walking but make sure you get your heart rate up.
2. Squats but if they are to hard organize your kids toy box and bend over on each toy one at a time.
3. Bike ride even with your kids if you want.
4. Free weights or use canned food for weights.
5. Get a pedometer and watch how many steps you take and try to increase that each day.
6. If you have stairs in your house run up and down your stairs until you are breathing hard.
7. Sprints
8. There is excersing classes on PBS in the earily mornings around 6 I think.
I am encouraging you all to set up a routine for 5 days that you do everyday and let us know how it went. We are struggling to so we wanted to throw out some different ideas. Let us know how you did and we will tell you how we did. Chaelaine
