It's been a while since I checked in. Two Fridays ago, after nearly 2 weeks "off" I weighed in and had gained about 1.3 pounds. Then when I weighed in 2 days ago, I had lost that weight and am back to where I was when I was "off". So, starting in this week, I'm feeling the need for some intense physical exercise...hope ya'lls are doing great! Robin
