I did lose one pound last week. I was so excited because i did not think i was going to. I have been working out really hard. I am a crazy person. I have been biking anywhere from 6 to 12 miles a day. I usually bike a 6 mile loop the get off my bike and run for 3 miles or so. Depending on how bad my knee hurts that day i go fast or slow. I have been watching what i am eating and i have been working really hard. Chat with you all later.
