Jill did not gain or lose this week.

I am looking forward to the cooler days of autumn when I will enjoy exercising outside more often. I am having trouble getting my children and husband outside to play right now. On another note, I have started physical therapy so I am getting a mandatory workout of about 35 minutes at least 3 times a week. We alternate the workouts between my shoulder and hip. If I were to do my homework I'd be getting about an hour workout twice a day. Help me with the motivation I need, Please!!!
