Wow, even with a bit of travelling and lots of family, I am pretty proud of myself for losing .8 pound since the last time I signed in!

OK, I'm really back now
Lacey here, and I thought I was going to get back in the swing of things, but then school started for Dallon and he broke his arm the next day! Then my in-laws visited for 3 days, and now I'm finally settling down.
I would like to lose 7-10 more pounds, but my exercise is limited by my bad foot. I tried to do 30 easy minutes (only a level 2 resistance) on an elliptical, and my foot hurt for 3 days. So I have to focus more on my eating. I have done the calculations for my RMR and all that, and I'm giving myself about 7 weeks to meet my goal.

PS, great job to all of you who have stayed with it and met your short and long-term goals!

Cory's hit the wall
I am in a slump I can't seem to get motivated I stayed the same this week that is what two or three in a row I really need to get over this hump and stop being a slacker. Way to go Charie you are doing awesome

Jill did not gain or lose this week.
I am looking forward to the cooler days of autumn when I will enjoy exercising outside more often. I am having trouble getting my children and husband outside to play right now. On another note, I have started physical therapy so I am getting a mandatory workout of about 35 minutes at least 3 times a week. We alternate the workouts between my shoulder and hip. If I were to do my homework I'd be getting about an hour workout twice a day. Help me with the motivation I need, Please!!!

Charie Lost 1.5 pounds
I worked really hard and lost 1.5 pounds hopefully i can keep going. I rode my bike 13 miles and ran 3 to 4 mile. I love it. I love to exercise. Charie

Charie
I did lose one pound last week. I was so excited because i did not think i was going to. I have been working out really hard. I am a crazy person. I have been biking anywhere from 6 to 12 miles a day. I usually bike a 6 mile loop the get off my bike and run for 3 miles or so. Depending on how bad my knee hurts that day i go fast or slow. I have been watching what i am eating and i have been working really hard. Chat with you all later.

Cory is still alive and not as skinny as she would like
Is anyone out there have we all fallen of the diet train oh well I am the same which is good because I haven't gained and I even excersised this morning I am trying to be optimistic and not beat myself up for all the screw ups and don't you just love all the fresh vegetables available this time of year not to mention the fruit eat healthy everyone. Oh and I read an article that said when you crave something it does not mean your body needs it. It just likes what ever you are craving and you can usually find a substitute that is healthy so don't give in to your cravings you don't really need them
