I thougth i should report!!!

Charie Well some or most of you know that i did lose my 6.7% weight goal and kept it off for a whole week. I am very pleased with my self. I have been walking with a friend at 5:30 in the morning for an hour or a little less. Then at 8:30 i walk with another friend on the 5 mile loop. No running except for wednesday when i go with the Cross Country kids. I am really excited. The weight is coming off a little easier which is nice. I do have to tell you my friend that i walk the 5 mile loop with in the morning she watches what she eats and walks twice a day and she has lost 12.5 pounds a month give or take. Anyways just by walking the last 10 months she has lost 125 pounds. She has given me the strenth to keep going and i know if she can do it by walking so can i. Charie

another pound bites the dust

I am down one pound now if I can avoid all the halloween candy I think that it will continue to go down and maybe I will get past the number I keep getting stuck at. Cory

Cory lost 4 lbs again this week I don't expect this big numbers to continue because I am really losing all the weight I gained but as long as the numbers continue to go down I will be happy.

Jill lost 1.8 pounds this week. It was looking not so good for a while there...but the weight did come off a bit.

Cory is back

So 8i completly fell of the wagon and didn't post because I felt guilty about the weight i was gaining instead of loseing. But this week I lost 4 lbs. and I worked out almost every day I am trying to be more positive and do what I should. Way to go to all those who have kept up the good work I am back on track and hopefully losing alot more weight. Cory

Wow, even with a bit of travelling and lots of family, I am pretty proud of myself for losing .8 pound since the last time I signed in!
