Honestly I always just forget to weigh in and then to post and when ever I remember I can't get to a computer, which is rather funny considering i have access to a computer most days all the day. Well since I last weighed i have lost one pound big whoop, I am not really motivated right now to be honest, but maybe someday I will be.

Go hard on the Challenge
I am a gainer I want my butt kicked and Charie's to. I ended up sick yesterday otherwise I probably would have made it. I ended up with a migraine after I had ran that morning with Abbie. Then hormones must have kicked in because I was starving and feeling like crap and could not get full until I had ate for like 3 hours and I ate then I finally felt better in the stomach not the head. Someone said maybe my blood sugar was low but I am not sure and I don't know about my period since I am nursing. So I gained 3 but I am feeling lots better today so next week should be better. Jill lost & who knows what Jason is up to?
Jill lost 2.2 pounds this week! Josie, JJ and I are beginning to walk a bit more. I am feeling much better physicallly and the outside looks more inviting. Jason and I haven't connected for a couple of days because his work is keeping him out too late, so I'll have to post for him later when I learn more.

Surprised
I (Cory) wasn't very good this week I worked out but not as much as I normally do and I didn't eat as good as usual not as bad as I have in the past though. that being said I was quite surprised this morning when I got on the scale and discovered I had lost 4 lbs. that is the most I have ever lost and I don't know how it happened but am very glad it did

Charie is a GAINER!!!
Well well well what can i say. It is not the lack of work. I ran 3 miles this morning 3 yesterday and 3 the day before and biked on Tuesday. So i did work hard but i gained weight. Sorry to let you all down. I gained 3. I talked with Jay about it. It has been hard for me to lose one. I am going to change a few things and hopefully it will help but we will see. I had X-ray done on my knee and today i have my MRI and hope fully we will find what is causing my knee problem. I will not be weighing in again for a couple of weeks. We are leaving on our Vacation on Tuesday. Good Luck to you all.

Lacey is holding in there
I totally forgot to post last week, but its the same as this week so it worked out. I have stayed the same weight for two weeks. I haven't had a chance to go workout for the last week, so that explains a lot. I gained those 2 pounds, but that was it--no changes. So although I had a set back I am still ahead of where I started. We've been really busy, and I'm potty training one of my boys so I'll probably stay the same for a couple more weeks until Chris' schedule changes and is home more so I can go to the club more. So I'll just plan to do the challeng for the next couple of weeks :)

Late!
sorry I'm so late to blog. Since Troy's parents are living at home (okay Jason you can get back in) I can't just pop over to their house at 6 am to weigh in! But I'm gunning for a better week, and I'll work out the details! Also, I've been sick and some of the kids. Upside? I havent' been eating much because I don't feel hungry...so maybe I'll be lucky and even without ANY excersize last week, I'll lose this week just because of that. That's wishful thinking!!! YES!!! I more pound gone...
It was a tough week for me. I love junk food. I mean love it!! I would rather eat a plate full of cookies than even touch my dinner. So after weigh in i went to my in-laws house pigged out on cookies and ice cream also had a hot dog for dinner. Yeah sound so good for your body i know. Next morning woke up sick. After church ate cake not just a little a lot. So sick the next morning again i decided to just eat fruit and veggies that day to flush my system out. On Wednesday it was Jaxon Birthday more cake and ice cream and we had hamburgers for dinner. What a great week i had. I figured i better only eat fruit and veggies again for the day because i was so sick. But my weak came back to the leftover cake and i did partake. I can't help it. But let me tell you the excercise i gave my self was punishment enough. I had a rough week and lots of weak moments. But i still managed to lose a pound.

Jason has decided to wait until his parents move out before he tries to lose weight again. (He will not let me know if he gained or lost or maintained) Jill lost 2.8 pounds. Yippee!

I made my one pound which I am excited about because next week could be bad I will have to work really really hard because we are leaving today for my in-laws and won't be back until Monday night. CHALLENGE
It looks like I am the biggest loser so since I am on I will set the challenge. I know a lot of us do not run so I wanted to do a little bit of running because it is really not as bad as you think once you start doing it. Get a watch or stop watch and this is what I want you to do. Run 1 minute walk 3 minutes run 1 minute walk 3 minutes run 1 minute and then walk it out and you are done so running a total of 3 minutes. If that is to easy and you want it harder then run 1 minute walk 2 minutes run 1 minute walk 2 minutes run 1 walk 2 for a total of 4 minutes running you pick. You all have a great week. Work hard since next week is memorial day and we all might not do so well on Monday so make this week count. We can all do it!!!!!!!!!!!

This has been a week has it. Chantelle gained 3 pounds. Jamie got sick so we are down and out afraid. So the challenge it is for both of us. Mothers day was just to wonderful for me. The food was MARVELOUS and talking with my son in the philippines sorry I was just on cloud 9 for to long and got off track. Didn't care about anything but who good it felt to talk to him. Jason and Jill did not weigh in this week
Well, we are going to have to be punished because we did not weigh in although we were both weighed at our doctor's offices. Jason's diverticulitis flared up and he is on antibiotics for the next week and a half. Jill had surgery on friday morning, so weighing in was the last thing on her mind. All is well now and you'd better watch out because we are coming back more fired up and ready to lose than before. Good luck to everyone this week.

I lost 2 pounds yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry I did not post yesterday. It was a crazy day with a doctors appointment and then doctor wanting an x-ray and then an ultra sound done everything is fine but needed to be done may have to have surgery on Avery to get a sist removed. But I made it. I worked hard and did it but I need to start working hard again because Friday night I ate to much so I need to work hard again. Slow and steady it the only way I have lost 7 pounds now and I can even get into some jeans that I had. Only 10 pounds more to go and I will be back to what I was before I got pregnant. Eveyone keep up the good work. This has been fun it keeps me motivated and being responsible for what I put in my mouth. Chaelaine

Cory and Stephanie
I am at my moms this weekend but I weighed in before we left this morning and drumroll please I am down a pound I feel like the tortoise but I geuss slow and steady is better than nothing. Oh and I went running this week and I have been doing other workouts but not running and I was slow but I ran the whole way and I didn't die like I thought I was going too will ran. My Mom Stephanie maintained she is the same but no gain so that is good

Lacey has had a set back
I have not been able to get myself together, and this week I've struggled with more bloating and an extreme case of the munchies!!! So I am up 2 pounds. It is so depressing that I only seem to be able to stay on track for a few weeks at a time. Losing the rewards for my hard work is really hard to deal with emotionally, and even harder to get back up and try again every time. I'm starting to think that I should only weigh in on the good weeks when I know I'm not bloating, just so I don't have to see the numbers on the scale!
Sounds like everyone is doing well. Belonging to a group helps me stick with it.

Charie Lost 1 Pound
It was not easy and very frustrating. I had been eating very well, exercised a lot 10 miles total this week but at least i lost one pound i did not think i was going to lose the one pound. I will keep working hard hopefully it will come off easier next week.

Robin lost
It wasn't a pound, but still losing! I lost .4 pounds, for a total of 6.6 pounds. I like the number on the scale much better now, and I had to use a smaller hole on my belt this week!!! I am a Losing Loser all over! Thanks for the urge/nudge to get in better shape!

Okay I asked my Husband what I should do and he said make them do 50 push ups and when I protested he said fine have them run 3 miles I don't think I will ask him any more. The challenge is go to your nearest high school and run or walk if you can't run up and down the bleacher 5 times hope this gets you moving. Cory

Chantelle lost 1 Jamie only .5
Jamie weighed in on Thursday and he lost his 1 pound but he weighted in on Friday and was only down .5 so He gets to do the challenge. Chantelle was down 3 pounds at the beginning of the week and then I was so happy I messed up but on Friday I still lost my 1 pound.
Thanks for all the blogs this week. It keeps me going to read about all of you and the comments from others and all your struggles tell me others are having them too. I have a total lose of 7 pounds from the beginnings. I am proud of my self for keeping it off and not HAVING to do the challenge it is my choice. Chantelle

Oh, it is that time of year again and Charie is on her bike again. My back was killing me the next day. I did not know i used so many muscles in my back to ride my bike. I also ran/walk 4 miles that day maybe the could explain the pain too.

Slow and Steady
I wasn't able to make it in to my WW mtg to weigh in this week, but I DID weigh in on my own scale--and according to MY scale I am down again by 1.8 lbs. for a total of 9.6# from the start! Yeaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!

Robin lost .6 pounds. I'm lucky to have done that well since I pigged out on Sunday (Troy BBQ'ed - YUM!!!) then I only excersized on Monday and Thursday. Good job to all ya'll!!! Keep it up...it will work if we are consistent.

It's a Miracle! Lacey lost 1 pound.
I bloated again, and on sunday morning I awoke to an extra 3 pounds that I didn't have the day before, UGG! But I tried to work out as much as I possibly could. I was down those 3 pounds yesterday morning, and today I got up and was absolutely amazed to see 1 more pound down! Hopefully that means that I'll lose those 3 pounds again later. Hope you are all doing great.

I lost 2 pounds yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I made it! I did get up and go to the gym and did not drink any water and after boot camp I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes and came home and weighed and then drank lots of water. I knew I could hit a pound I just wanted to hit a little more. Hopefully it won't bit me the butt next week though. I am proud of everyone for working so hard. If some are getting fustrated write down what you put in your mouth if helps because I think twice about it and then you don't forget all the little thinks you put in your mouth but did not remember through out the day. You can all tell me to shut up anytime now!!! Love you all and keep up the good work Chaelaine

I was really bummed last week with my weigh in but I was resolved to do better this last week and I really did try and in the middle of the week decided to weigh it was very depressing. Needless to say I was bummed but I did not go off my diet so I weiged in this morning and Hurray I am down 3 lbs I am so happy hurray for me I am excited to continue my weight loss.

OOPS! I forgot to post on Friday, but I'm not the biggest loser this week, anyway. I weigh in at Weight Watchers on Tuesdays, and use that weight to post in on Fridays--but I keep forgetting to post (I wanted the weight to come off my FACE not my BRAINS)! So....I'm going to go ahead and post my weight a little earlier than Friday from now on, I think. So anyway...
I weighed in with a loss of .8 pounds, and whispered a little despearte "NO!" The lady kinda laughed at me and tried to encourage me. "It's okay, honey. I've lost over a hundred pounds on this plan, and some weeks are better than others. You don't have much to lose. Just relax and enjoy yourself. Lose weight slowly. It's okay." I told her, "You don't UNDERSTAND. I HAVE to lose AT LEAST ONE POUND!" I kept trying to explain it to her, and I think she kept trying to get rid of me. When she saw I wouldn't leave, she joked, "Okay. Go to the bathroom and then come back."
WOW! GREAT IDEA! I told her I would be back, but I don't think she believed I was really going to do it. So I went to the bathroom (but I was afraid that wouldn't be enough), so I started doing major aerobic exercises in the bathroom for 5 minutes, hoping nobody would walk in on me (nobody did)! Then I tried to go to the bathroom again before I walked back for my weigh in.
I went back to the same lady, interrupting her concentration as she was trying to figure up group totals. "I'm back!" She looked up at me and started BUSTING out laughing, causing everyone to turn around in their chairs and stare at us. Oh well. This time, before I stood on the scale, I took off my jewelry and shoes, and weighed in with a weight loss of ..............(drum roll)...............2.8 POUNDS!!!! The lady had to re-do all of her totals which she had already written in pen and everything. But I didn't care. I MADE IT!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!! Love ya all! (I promise not to do a novel next time--or give the lady such a hard time!)
