I thougth i should report!!!

Charie Well some or most of you know that i did lose my 6.7% weight goal and kept it off for a whole week. I am very pleased with my self. I have been walking with a friend at 5:30 in the morning for an hour or a little less. Then at 8:30 i walk with another friend on the 5 mile loop. No running except for wednesday when i go with the Cross Country kids. I am really excited. The weight is coming off a little easier which is nice. I do have to tell you my friend that i walk the 5 mile loop with in the morning she watches what she eats and walks twice a day and she has lost 12.5 pounds a month give or take. Anyways just by walking the last 10 months she has lost 125 pounds. She has given me the strenth to keep going and i know if she can do it by walking so can i. Charie

Cory is back

So 8i completly fell of the wagon and didn't post because I felt guilty about the weight i was gaining instead of loseing. But this week I lost 4 lbs. and I worked out almost every day I am trying to be more positive and do what I should. OK, I'm really back now

Lacey here, and I thought I was going to get back in the swing of things, but then school started for Dallon and he broke his arm the next day! Then my in-laws visited for 3 days, and now I'm finally settling down.

I would like to lose 7-10 more pounds, but my exercise is limited by my bad foot. I tried to do 30 easy minutes (only a level 2 resistance) on an elliptical, and my foot hurt for 3 days. So I have to focus more on my eating. I have done the calculations for my RMR and all that, and I'm giving myself about 7 weeks to meet my goal.

Jill did not gain or lose this week.

I am looking forward to the cooler days of autumn when I will enjoy exercising outside more often. I am having trouble getting my children and husband outside to play right now. On another note, I have started physical therapy so I am getting a mandatory workout of about 35 minutes at least 3 times a week. We alternate the workouts between my shoulder and hip. If I were to do my homework I'd be getting about an hour workout twice a day. Help me with the motivation I need, Please!!!

Charie Lost 1.5 pounds

I worked really hard and lost 1.5 pounds hopefully i can keep going. I rode my bike 13 miles and ran 3 to 4 mile. I love it. I love to exercise. Charie

Charie

I did lose one pound last week. I was so excited because i did not think i was going to. I have been working out really hard. I am a crazy person. I have been biking anywhere from 6 to 12 miles a day. I usually bike a 6 mile loop the get off my bike and run for 3 miles or so. Depending on how bad my knee hurts that day i go fast or slow. I have been watching what i am eating and i have been working really hard. Chat with you all later.

Cory is still alive and not as skinny as she would like

Is anyone out there have we all fallen of the diet train oh well I am the same which is good because I haven't gained and I even excersised this morning I am trying to be optimistic and not beat myself up for all the screw ups and don't you just love all the fresh vegetables available this time of year not to mention the fruit eat healthy everyone. Oh and I read an article that said when you crave something it does not mean your body needs it. It just likes what ever you are craving and you can usually find a substitute that is healthy so don't give in to your cravings you don't really need them

Lacey's back!

OK, so I've been out with a foot injury for a few weeks (about 5 weeks) and I had my follow-up appointment yesterday. I can workout within reason--so I'm going to be hitting some of my friend's hardcore yoga classes, and try to do a little work on the eliptical. I've gained a pound or two since my injury, so getting back to where I was will take a little work--a little slower than I'd like also. So I may only lose a pound every other week, but at least I can do something again!

I am still optimistic

okay so I am up 2 lbs. I think it all the cookies I ate catching up with me I do have to do my extra stuff but I did work out and that feels great I think I will do even more this week wish me luck I am off to lose some pounds Cory

Jill is down from last week...

...but, not at the all time low weight record again. :( This means some serious get to work, do the entire plan of "writing it down and measuring it out" diet for the diabetes this week. The exercise program is on! And NO Cheating! It needs to be done right because my sisters are on weight watchers in AZ and I can't let them weigh less than I do. (I will be seeing them next weekend for my dad's birthday party in UT. I probably won't be posting any results next weekend.)

Charie Work Out

I only lost a half pound. But i worked out really hard and i am very proud of myself. I do have to do the no sweet for a week and i did have to add on an extra mile. I think i made my work out a little to hard. I did do all the 30 min stuff but the extra push up and stuff i did not all of the time. One day i even rode my bike for 40 min then got off and ran for 20 min. It was so much fun. I loved it or i was just proud of my self that i could do it. Workout plan for next week is to do a 30 min run or bike everyday next week. I will drink 64 oz of water Mon-Friday next week.

Well I did lose a pound but I should be doing better with excersising so after talking to Charie her is my work out plan.
Monday- 30 minute excersize video push-ups and ab excerizes
Teusday- jumprope and trampoline pilates video
Wednesday- 30 minute video arms and abs
Thursday- 30 minute video and pilates video
Friday- 30 minutes running/walking
Saturday- excersize video
and if I miss a day I have to go a week without sweets and if I miss again 50 push-ups

Monday: Jog 30 min, arm weights
Tuesday: Bike 30 min sit ups
Wednesday: Jog 30 min, push ups 25
Thursday: 30 min, Lungs 30 squats 25
Friday: Jog 30 min, weights, sit ups 25, push ups 25
If i do not follow my plan no sweets for a week for me, If i miss another day i have to run an extra mile. So in other words Charie better stick to her plan.

Charie Lost 1.8 pounds

You'll never guess who this is blogging in here right now! Hint: I had a heart attack from failure to exercise (cuz I don't like it, and I'm not lying!). After 2 months of intensive care (aka: taking it easy and bagging the diet plan), I am now back and even EXERCISING (aka: lifting my fingers to use the keyboard and post a message--okay, so I was doing that before--the keyboarding part--not the posting a message part). I may consider increasing my exercise routine sometime, but I do have to admit that I like the idea of increasing steps on the pedometer everyday, Chaelaine. Thank you for that. Slow gains, ya know? Okay....I'll give you a HINT on who I am. I am 4'11 and 7/8ths", and my name starts with a D (as in DUH! Delightful... Dynamic...Dynamite... Divine... Dazzling... Denarvical...okay, the last one's not a word, but I had ya fooled didn't I? lol)

I gained a pound but I am ok with that. I have been sick with a sore throat since Monday evening and so I have not been exercising I have been trying to get over this sore throat since we are leaving town on Sunday for a week for a family reunion. I will not be home until a week from Saturday so if I weigh in it will have to be on Sunday morning. I will try and exercise at the reunion. I Can't Believe IT!!!!

I am down a pound. I am so excited. The boys and i went running twice this week. So far the knee feels pretty good. We are running 400m. Which is one lap around the track. Today Jay joined us. He was the timer and the rest of us ran. Charie

Charie is a live!!!

Well we left to go to Grandma House on Thursday and knowing the bad luck that Robin had trying different scales i decided not to weigh in until. Sunday morning. But i got the flu on Saturday morning. So neatless to say i did not want to give you that result because by Friday i am afraid i would have gained. So i weighed in this morning and it still was a pretty high weight loss. So i do not want to suffer from the amazing weight loss because of the flu. My stomach is still not he best but other than that i feel great. So exercise is hard but eating is something i am great at. I will be doing the challenge what ever it is. But i want to say i lost a 1.5 pounds. So i will work hard to lose a pound this week. Hope you all understand but i will do the challenge. Charie

Lacey lost a pound

I lost one pound this week. I am finally going down again--and for longer than a week or two. Great challenges. I started my new workouts a little later than expected, but I'm on week 2 and feeling really good. I do 45 minutes on an elliptacle machine. I burn a minimum of 550 calories and go 4 miles. I try to push it a little harder each day and I'm trying to go 5 days a week. I'm hoping getting in good aerobic shape will help me want to stick with something long term. Good job everyone!

1pound down

I gotta say I didn't see Charie's challenge until it was too late so i am planning on doing it next week. Great challenge for the week Charie no sweets. I did it. It felt great to set a goal and stick to it and not give in. I wanted to give in yesterday but I didn't and my husband does not help I would never do something like that he said. So I said that is because you could never do it. Idea's for exercising

1. Walking but make sure you get your heart rate up.
2. Squats but if they are to hard organize your kids toy box and bend over on each toy one at a time.
3. Bike ride even with your kids if you want.
4. Free weights or use canned food for weights.
5. Get a pedometer and watch how many steps you take and try to increase that each day.
6. If you have stairs in your house run up and down your stairs until you are breathing hard.
7. Sprints
8. There is excersing classes on PBS in the earily mornings around 6 I think.
I am encouraging you all to set up a routine for 5 days that you do everyday and let us know how it went. We are struggling to so we wanted to throw out some different ideas. Let us know how you did and we will tell you how we did. Chaelaine

I stayed the same so let me have the challenge. I am having a hard time getting motivated myself why does food have to taste so good? I was at the hospital on Thursday with Avery for her surgery everything went great but we got home late and exhausted so pizza it was. I need to do good during the day to. Having the kids home from school has actually been harder for me for lunch time and making a breakfast so I will try to get back to being motivated I will do Charies challenge and throw in $5.00 myslef so we are up to $10.00 I better get going so I can make some money hee hee hee. We had family visiting this week, and I am glad I didn't gain anything while they were here. I started my new workout schedule today, hopefully I'll start actually losing again! I won't be joining Charie's challenge because I don't need to lose the full 6.7% to meet my goal, but if I happen to surpass my goal and get there it will be just a nice bonus!

I am up one!!!!(boo hoo)

You guys said some good things so hopefully I can get motivated to get going. Still have been going to the gym just not watching what I am eating. This is hard nursing because when I don't eat a ton I lose my milk. But when I eat well and eat my ice cream and stuff I can feel it come in when I nurse and everything. I will try to do good this week. It will be a little crazy because Avery goes in for surgery on Thursday so nerves will be shot that day. The same this week. I've had an aweful head cold this week to top off last week's stomach bug! Its summer for crying out loud, I shouldn't be feeling so crappy! I am starting a new workout schedule next week. I'll hopefully be able to workout 5-6 days each week for 5 weeks. Well, you can't ask for more than losing 1.8 pounds even after a trip! Jill and the kids went to a family reunion in Utah last week and there wasn't internet access to log in and keep updated. They were quite a bit more active with a trip to the zoo and all the games at the reunion. Good luck to everyone!

Been awhile since I have posted being on vacation. Great trip with Jay and Charie. I actually lost one lb on the trip but at weigh in this morning I gained it back. Did better on the trip. Stephanie

A Milestone

I have reached one of my goals which is very exciting for me. I gave myself several goals for my weight loss in the hopes it would keep me motivated and i am happy to have reached one. As for as the weigh in goes I lost 2lbs and am still going strong keep up the work everyone else Cory.

THE CHALLENGE

Well, it's always hard to come up with a good challenge. Get your heart rate up and keep it up for 15 minutes. To get it up, do kickboxing, jumping rope, jogging, lunges, squats, whatever it takes and you can switch these around to keep it new for 15 minutes. THEN do leg lifts and situps for 10 more minutes. Hope that's enough of a challenge for you guys who say you've stayed the same for weeks in a row! This routine is pretty much my workout (when I can) otherwise, I'm busy weeding and hoeing and playing with the kids and cleaning and ... well, you get the idea. Keep drinking lots of fluids and eat small portions at meal time and perhaps a snack in between breakfast and lunch. This is my formula. Keep up the great work! Robin :)

Looks like Robin gets to set the challenge so do it girl. 3 weeks staying the same I think it is time I get my butt in gear. It is really to bad that they make food taste so good. I don't think someone posted the challenge last week so I should do that one. One Saturday I finally did Corey's challenge with my 9 year old Abbie we ran 2 miles it was great. Lacey is a loser again!

I didn't post last week. I had been the same weight for 3 weigh-ins. But today I was down 2 lbs! I was actually down 3 earlier in the week when I had a stomach bug, but it was just water weight. I've been homebound potty training my 4 y/o who also has autism--so I've not been able to take him ANYWHERE, especially not to a day care at the gym. But things have calmed a lot. I will be working out more starting next week. So hopefully I will get back on track. I'm back down to my lowest weight since we started, so I'm hoping to drop a few more pounds before I have another inevitable set-back!

Then when I weighed in 2 days ago, I had lost that weight and am back to where I was when I was "off". I'm a gainer

I did not excersise at all this week and the result is I gained a pound at least I didn't gain back all my weight and hopefully I will get back to excersising I am participating in the relay for life tonight and will have to run or walk alot so that should help. I lost 3.2 pounds this week. What a shock when I looked at the scale this morning! I haven't been exercising, but as I am recording the housecleaning and other things I am doing, I can see how many calories I am burning...and I am getting some compliments on our house also. We'll catch up with Jason later.

I did not gain and I did not lose but I also only went to the gym twice. It is hard when family is here I diffently eat worse when family is here probably because it is cheaper to feed them crap rather than good stuff. I am a gainer I want my butt kicked and Charie's to. I ended up sick yesterday otherwise I probably would have made it. I ended up with a migraine after I had ran that morning with Abbie. Then hormones must have kicked in because I was starving and feeling like crap and could not get full until I had ate for like 3 hours and I ate then I finally felt better in the stomach not the head. Someone said maybe my blood sugar was low but I am not sure and I don't know about my period since I am nursing. So I gained 3 but I am feeling lots better today so next week should be better. Jill lost 2.2 pounds this week! Josie, JJ and I are beginning to walk a bit more. I am feeling much better physicallly and the outside looks more inviting. Jason and I haven't connected for a couple of days because his work is keeping him out too late, so I'll have to post for him later when I learn more.

Surprised

I (Cory) wasn't very good this week I worked out but not as much as I normally do and I didn't eat as good as usual not as bad as I have in the past though. that being said I was quite surprised this morning when I got on the scale and discovered I had lost 4 lbs. that is the most I have ever lost and I don't know how it happened but am very glad it did

Well well well what can i say. It is not the lack of work. I ran 3 miles this morning 3 yesterday and 3 the day before and biked on Tuesday. So i did work hard but i gained weight. Sorry to let you all down. I gained 3. I talked with Jay about it. It has been hard for me to lose one. I am going to change a few things and hopefully it will help but we will see. I had X-ray done on my knee and today i have my MRI and hope fully we will find what is causing my knee problem. I will not be weighing in again for a couple of weeks. We are leaving on our Vacation on Tuesday. Good Luck to you all.

I totally forgot to post last week, but its the same as this week so it worked out. I have stayed the same weight for two weeks. I haven't had a chance to go workout for the last week, so that explains a lot. I gained those 2 pounds, but that was it--no changes. So although I had a set back I am still ahead of where I started. We've been really busy, and I'm potty training one of my boys so I'll probably stay the same for a couple more weeks until Chris' schedule changes and is home more so I can go to the club more. So I'll just plan to do the challeng for the next couple of weeks :)

Late!

sorry I'm so late to blog. Since Troy's parents are living at home (okay Jason you can get back in) I can't just pop over to their house at 6 am to weigh in! But I'm gunning for a better week, and I'll work out the details! Also, I've been sick and some of the kids. Upside? I havent' been eating much because I don't feel hungry...so maybe I'll be lucky and even without ANY excersize last week, I'll lose this week just because of that. That's wishful thinking!!! YES!!! I more pound gone...

It was a tough week for me. I love junk food. I mean love it!! I would rather eat a plate full of cookies than even touch my dinner. So after weigh in i went to my in-laws house pigged out on cookies and ice cream also had a hot dog for dinner. Yeah sound so good for your body i know. Next morning woke up sick. After church ate cake not just a little a lot. So sick the next morning again i decided to just eat fruit and veggies that day to flush my system out. On Wednesday it was Jaxon Birthday more cake and ice cream and we had hamburgers for dinner. What a great week i had. I figured i better only eat fruit and veggies again for the day because i was so sick. But my weak came back to the leftover cake and i did partake. I can't help it. But let me tell you the excercise i gave my self was punishment enough. I had a rough week and lots of weak moments. But i still managed to lose a pound.

Stephanie lost 2 lbs. Probably was so busy with graduation actitvities didn't eat much plus mowing and raking lawn in 90+ weather helped too.

CHALLENGE

It looks like I am the biggest loser so since I am on I will set the challenge. I know a lot of us do not run so I wanted to do a little bit of running because it is really not as bad as you think once you start doing it. Get a watch or stop watch and this is what I want you to do. Run 1 minute walk 3 minutes run 1 minute walk 3 minutes run 1 minute and then walk it out and you are done so running a total of 3 minutes. If that is to easy and you want it harder then run 1 minute walk 2 minutes run 1 minute walk 2 minutes run 1 walk 2 for a total of 4 minutes running you pick. You all have a great week. Work hard since next week is memorial day and we all might not do so well on Monday so make this week count. We can all do it!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason and Jill did not weigh in this week

Well, we are going to have to be punished because we did not weigh in although we were both weighed at our doctor's offices. Jason's diverticulitis flared up and he is on antibiotics for the next week and a half. Jill had surgery on friday morning, so weighing in was the last thing on her mind. All is well now and you'd better watch out because we are coming back more fired up and ready to lose than before. Good luck to everyone this week.

Sorry I did not post yesterday. It was a crazy day with a doctors appointment and then doctor wanting an x-ray and then an ultra sound done everything is fine but needed to be done may have to have surgery on Avery to get a sist removed. But I made it. I worked hard and did it but I need to start working hard again because Friday night I ate to much so I need to work hard again. Slow and steady it the only way I have lost 7 pounds now and I can even get into some jeans that I had. Only 10 pounds more to go and I will be back to what I was before I got pregnant. Cory and Stephanie

I am at my moms this weekend but I weighed in before we left this morning and drumroll please I am down a pound I feel like the tortoise but I geuss slow and steady is better than nothing. Oh and I went running this week and I have been doing other workouts but not running and I was slow but I ran the whole way and I didn't die like I thought I was going too will ran. My Mom Stephanie maintained she is the same but no gain so that is good

Lacey has had a set back

I have not been able to get myself together, and this week I've struggled with more bloating and an extreme case of the munchies!!! So I am up 2 pounds. It is so depressing that I only seem to be able to stay on track for a few weeks at a time. Losing the rewards for my hard work is really hard to deal with emotionally, and even harder to get back up and try again every time. I'm starting to think that I should only weigh in on the good weeks when I know I'm not bloating, just so I don't have to see the numbers on the scale!

Sounds like everyone is doing well. Belonging to a group helps me stick with it.

Charie Lost 1 Pound

It was not easy and very frustrating. I had been eating very well, exercised a lot 10 miles total this week but at least i lost one pound i did not think i was going to lose the one pound. I will keep working hard hopefully it will come off easier next week.

It wasn't a pound, but still losing! I lost .4 pounds, for a total of 6.6 pounds. I like the number on the scale much better now, and I had to use a smaller hole on my belt this week!!! I am a Losing Loser all over! Thanks for the urge/nudge to get in better shape!

Okay I asked my Husband what I should do and he said make them do 50 push ups and when I protested he said fine have them run 3 miles I don't think I will ask him any more. Chantelle lost 1 Jamie only .5

Jamie weighed in on Thursday and he lost his 1 pound but he weighted in on Friday and was only down .5 so He gets to do the challenge. Chantelle was down 3 pounds at the beginning of the week and then I was so happy I messed up but on Friday I still lost my 1 pound.
Thanks for all the blogs this week. It keeps me going to read about all of you and the comments from others and all your struggles tell me others are having them too. I have a total lose of 7 pounds from the beginnings. I am proud of my self for keeping it off and not HAVING to do the challenge it is my choice. Chantelle

Charie Lost 1 Pound

Oh, it is that time of year again and Charie is on her bike again. My back was killing me the next day. I did not know i used so many muscles in my back to ride my bike. I also ran/walk 4 miles that day maybe the could explain the pain too.

Slow and Steady

I wasn't able to make it in to my WW mtg to weigh in this week, but I DID weigh in on my own scale--and according to MY scale I am down again by 1.8 lbs. for a total of 9.6# from the start! Yeaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!

Robin lost .6 pounds. I'm lucky to have done that well since I pigged out on Sunday (Troy BBQ'ed - YUM!!!) then I only excersized on Monday and Thursday. Good job to all ya'll!!! Keep it up...it will work if we are consistent.

Stephanie lost another pound, only a hundred more to go. Not really.

It's a Miracle! Lacey lost 1 pound.

I bloated again, and on sunday morning I awoke to an extra 3 pounds that I didn't have the day before, UGG! But I tried to work out as much as I possibly could. I was down those 3 pounds yesterday morning, and today I got up and was absolutely amazed to see 1 more pound down! Hopefully that means that I'll lose those 3 pounds again later. Hope you are all doing great.

I made it! I did get up and go to the gym and did not drink any water and after boot camp I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes and came home and weighed and then drank lots of water. I knew I could hit a pound I just wanted to hit a little more. Hopefully it won't bit me the butt next week though. I am proud of everyone for working so hard. If some are getting fustrated write down what you put in your mouth if helps because I think twice about it and then you don't forget all the little thinks you put in your mouth but did not remember through out the day. I was really bummed last week with my weigh in but I was resolved to do better this last week and I really did try and in the middle of the week decided to weigh it was very depressing. Needless to say I was bummed but I did not go off my diet so I weiged in this morning and Hurray I am down 3 lbs I am so happy hurray for me I am excited to continue my weight loss.

OOPS! I forgot to post on Friday, but I'm not the biggest loser this week, anyway. I weigh in at Weight Watchers on Tuesdays, and use that weight to post in on Fridays--but I keep forgetting to post (I wanted the weight to come off my FACE not my BRAINS)! So....I'm going to go ahead and post my weight a little earlier than Friday from now on, I think. So anyway...

I weighed in with a loss of .8 pounds, and whispered a little despearte "NO!" The lady kinda laughed at me and tried to encourage me. "It's okay, honey. I've lost over a hundred pounds on this plan, and some weeks are better than others. You don't have much to lose. Just relax and enjoy yourself. Lose weight slowly. It's okay." I told her, "You don't UNDERSTAND. I HAVE to lose AT LEAST ONE POUND!" I kept trying to explain it to her, and I think she kept trying to get rid of me. When she saw I wouldn't leave, she joked, "Okay. Go to the bathroom and then come back."

WOW! GREAT IDEA! I told her I would be back, but I don't think she believed I was really going to do it. So I went to the bathroom (but I was afraid that wouldn't be enough), so I started doing major aerobic exercises in the bathroom for 5 minutes, hoping nobody would walk in on me (nobody did)! Then I tried to go to the bathroom again before I walked back for my weigh in.

I went back to the same lady, interrupting her concentration as she was trying to figure up group totals. "I'm back!" She looked up at me and started BUSTING out laughing, causing everyone to turn around in their chairs and stare at us. Oh well. This time, before I stood on the scale, I took off my jewelry and shoes, and weighed in with a weight loss of ..............(drum roll)...............2.8 POUNDS!!!! The lady had to re-do all of her totals which she had already written in pen and everything. But I didn't care. I MADE IT!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!! Love ya all! (I promise not to do a novel next time--or give the lady such a hard time!)

I was hoping for a little more, but I injured my back a couple of weeks ago, and have been re-injuring it over and over when I workout--so this week I didn't do much. Hopefully I'll get it healed and be able to have a good workout again!

Scale Identity Crisis!!!

Robin is the BIGGEST GAINER!!! Since we do not own a scale, I have been using different scales. First, just before we began the competition, I weighed in Idaho at my parent's house. I decided it would be good to lose 5-10 pounds. So I was very glad to get motivated and participate. Then, I weighed last week at Jill's. I had gained a pound. I wasn't too suprised as I hadn't eaten healthy for two days. This week, I worked hard working out an hour every day and eating good. I went to Marilyn's this morning and weighed. Well, I gained THREE MORE POUNDS!!!
Since my clothes are noticably looser since two weeks ago, I am happy for that. I think I'll try to use ONE scale instead of three!!! Maybe I'll ask my mom to send me hers since it was the one with the lowest weight to start with!!! I must be gaining all the pounds you guys are losing!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I lost 1.4 pounds this last week for a total of 5 pounds. That puts me in second place (again) so far this week out of ALL the many of you who have posted. WooHoo! COWER all you LOSERS!!!

I cheated but it will be worse nest week.

Marvelous Mandy has lost four pounds this week, but she believes she is the same because last week she weighed in at night and this week at morning, but she will do it in the morning from now on.

Robin didn't fare so well even with the hour long sweat sessions (gained 1 pound)! Anything I lost was easily gained during Wed and Thur when I didn't eat good. But I've started another week, although it's Saturday, I've hit it hard! I think I was even sweating inside my ears!!! Good job everybody and keep up the work!!!
Troy is eating healthier but has zero time to "excersize" with his schedule. He hasn't weighed yet.

Surprised I did it too!

Lacey lost 2 pounds! I was very surprised because I have been very bloated for a few days (still trying to figure out some medications for that). So there may be a week when I drop a couple of extra pounds because of the bloating, but I will likely gain them back during another week. Hopefully I can keep losing regardless. I did it. Yeah I did not think I was going to make it. I was very sad when I went to bed because I was up 4 pounds and thought I am not going to make it and that will suck. Well I woke up at 4:45a.m. because Parker was crying and I had to be to the gym by 5:15 to hit boot camp class. Well I nursed Parker for about 5 minutes on each side and put him in his car seat and took him to the gym with me he did great. I came home at 6:05 to jump through the shower and weighed before I got in the shower and to my suprise I was down 5 yeah I did it. Home made chili must of weighed a lot for dinner. Well I love you all and keep pushing and you can do it. Good thing Abbie's Birthday is tomorrow so I can work that off next week. Have an awesome weekend!!! Chaelaine

I am feeling sore. My ribs, arms, but my stomach is the worst. I tried to do sit ups yesterday tried was the key word. So now i am dieing. Jayson ran with me this morning but he had to prove that he could beat me. Which he did but he left the track and ran home which made me run home after him and now my knee is going to kill tomorrow. I've been the same weight (give or take a few pounds) for 2 years! Its time for a change, can't wait to get started! Podfitness is doing a trial offer. You can use the music on your computer, and it will mix it with directions from a personal trainer according to your preferences (how long, how intense, at home, gym, outside, etc). I've tried it and I am loving it! You can download more than one workout per day. You don't have to have an iPod, but you do have to have the free version of iTunes. It works with my mp3 player, or you can burn the workouts to a disc. The current trial is for 10 days. The website is http://www.podfitness.com/ . Good luck everyone!
