Jill gained & Jason lost

Jill put back the 2 pounds she lost last week:( Jason lost 3.8 pounds this week.

Kings rule

Sorry we did not Blog last week. Internet was fried. But Charie called and got the results but this week WE win. James lost 1 pound and I lost 3 pounds. Kings rule. Keep going you guys and Jason bring it on you big winner from last week.

Stephanie lost 2 lbs.

Lacey lost 2 pounds.

I was hoping for a little more, but I injured my back a couple of weeks ago, and have been re-injuring it over and over when I workout--so this week I didn't do much. Hopefully I'll get it healed and be able to have a good workout again!

Scale Identity Crisis!!!

Robin is the BIGGEST GAINER!!! Since we do not own a scale, I have been using different scales. First, just before we began the competition, I weighed in Idaho at my parent's house. I decided it would be good to lose 5-10 pounds. So I was very glad to get motivated and participate. Then, I weighed last week at Jill's. I had gained a pound. I wasn't too suprised as I hadn't eaten healthy for two days. This week, I worked hard working out an hour every day and eating good. I went to Marilyn's this morning and weighed. Well, I gained THREE MORE POUNDS!!!
Since my clothes are noticably looser since two weeks ago, I am happy for that. I think I'll try to use ONE scale instead of three!!! Maybe I'll ask my mom to send me hers since it was the one with the lowest weight to start with!!! I must be gaining all the pounds you guys are losing!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I lost 1.4 pounds this last week for a total of 5 pounds. That puts me in second place (again) so far this week out of ALL the many of you who have posted. WooHoo! COWER all you LOSERS!!!

I did not lose a pound I did not gain a pound I am the same probably because I was sick half the week. Next week I will hopefully beat you all into the ground

I cheated but it will be worse nest week.

Marvelous Mandy has lost four pounds this week, but she believes she is the same because last week she weighed in at night and this week at morning, but she will do it in the morning from now on.

Robin didn't fare so well even with the hour long sweat sessions (gained 1 pound)! Anything I lost was easily gained during Wed and Thur when I didn't eat good. But I've started another week, although it's Saturday, I've hit it hard! I think I was even sweating inside my ears!!! Good job everybody and keep up the work!!!
Troy is eating healthier but has zero time to "excersize" with his schedule. He hasn't weighed yet.

Surprised I did it too!

Lacey lost 2 pounds! I was very surprised because I have been very bloated for a few days (still trying to figure out some medications for that). So there may be a week when I drop a couple of extra pounds because of the bloating, but I will likely gain them back during another week. Hopefully I can keep losing regardless. Good job everyone for your successes! Lacey

Even after Josie got to the scale, we could remember our weigh in from last week. Jason lost 4 pounds and Jill lost 2 pounds this week. We are taking it slow and giving all of you a chance to lose first.

Much like Chaelaine i was needing to lose 2 pounds as of last night. I was shock that i lost 1 pound. I am still trying to figure out how to lose weight and nurse at the same time. Hopefully i will get it figured out soon. Charie

I did it. Yeah I did not think I was going to make it. I was very sad when I went to bed because I was up 4 pounds and thought I am not going to make it and that will suck. Well I woke up at 4:45a.m. because Parker was crying and I had to be to the gym by 5:15 to hit boot camp class. Well I nursed Parker for about 5 minutes on each side and put him in his car seat and took him to the gym with me he did great. I came home at 6:05 to jump through the shower and weighed before I got in the shower and to my suprise I was down 5 yeah I did it. Home made chili must of weighed a lot for dinner. Well I love you all and keep pushing and you can do it. Good thing Abbie's Birthday is tomorrow so I can work that off next week. Have an awesome weekend!!! Chaelaine

OK, Jason and I did not write down our beginning weights because our scale will record them for 2 users. Josie got playing with the scale and now Jason's beginning weight is 26.8 pounds. He will not be the biggest loser this week...he will actually gain the most.

The Aches and Pains!!!

I am feeling sore. My ribs, arms, but my stomach is the worst. I tried to do sit ups yesterday tried was the key word. So now i am dieing. Jayson ran with me this morning but he had to prove that he could beat me. Which he did but he left the track and ran home which made me run home after him and now my knee is going to kill tomorrow. The joys of losing weight.

eating idea

Instead of spuds or noodles or even chips, try RICE! Used it today in place of tortilla chips in our 'Southwestern Salad' it was delicious - much better than the dry crunchy salty chips!

Jason and Jill are weighing in tonight!

We decided to weigh in tonight so there will be a higher beginning weight (like we need help with high weights). That way we will be able to lose more than everyone else! Just kidding! Good luck to everyone and let the games begin!

Lacey weighed in this morning

I've been the same weight (give or take a few pounds) for 2 years! Its time for a change, can't wait to get started! Podfitness is doing a trial offer. You can use the music on your computer, and it will mix it with directions from a personal trainer according to your preferences (how long, how intense, at home, gym, outside, etc). I've tried it and I am loving it! You can download more than one workout per day. You don't have to have an iPod, but you do have to have the free version of iTunes. It works with my mp3 player, or you can burn the workouts to a disc. The current trial is for 10 days. The website is http://www.podfitness.com/ . Good luck everyone!
