Charie Well some or most of you know that i did lose my 6.7% weight goal and kept it off for a whole week. I am very pleased with my self. I have been walking with a friend at 5:30 in the morning for an hour or a little less. Then at 8:30 i walk with another friend on the 5 mile loop. No running except for wednesday when i go with the Cross Country kids. I am really excited. The weight is coming off a little easier which is nice. I do have to tell you my friend that i walk the 5 mile loop with in the morning she watches what she eats and walks twice a day and she has lost 12.5 pounds a month give or take. Anyways just by walking the last 10 months she has lost 125 pounds. She has given me the strenth to keep going and i know if she can do it by walking so can i. Charie
