It looks like I am the biggest loser so since I am on I will set the challenge. I know a lot of us do not run so I wanted to do a little bit of running because it is really not as bad as you think once you start doing it. Get a watch or stop watch and this is what I want you to do. Run 1 minute walk 3 minutes run 1 minute walk 3 minutes run 1 minute and then walk it out and you are done so running a total of 3 minutes. If that is to easy and you want it harder then run 1 minute walk 2 minutes run 1 minute walk 2 minutes run 1 walk 2 for a total of 4 minutes running you pick. You all have a great week. Work hard since next week is memorial day and we all might not do so well on Monday so make this week count. We can all do it!!!!!!!!!!!
