I lost one pound this week. I am finally going down again--and for longer than a week or two. Great challenges. I started my new workouts a little later than expected, but I'm on week 2 and feeling really good. I do 45 minutes on an elliptacle machine. I burn a minimum of 550 calories and go 4 miles. I try to push it a little harder each day and I'm trying to go 5 days a week. I'm hoping getting in good aerobic shape will help me want to stick with something long term. Good job everyone!
