After talking with Cory i have a plan and i am sticking to it. This week and pushing hard.
Monday: Jog 30 min, arm weights
Tuesday: Bike 30 min sit ups
Wednesday: Jog 30 min, push ups 25
Thursday: 30 min, Lungs 30 squats 25
Friday: Jog 30 min, weights, sit ups 25, push ups 25
If i do not follow my plan no sweets for a week for me, If i miss another day i have to run an extra mile. So in other words Charie better stick to her plan.
