I only lost a half pound. But i worked out really hard and i am very proud of myself. I do have to do the no sweet for a week and i did have to add on an extra mile. I think i made my work out a little to hard. I did do all the 30 min stuff but the extra push up and stuff i did not all of the time. One day i even rode my bike for 40 min then got off and ran for 20 min. It was so much fun. I loved it or i was just proud of my self that i could do it. Workout plan for next week is to do a 30 min run or bike everyday next week. I will drink 64 oz of water Mon-Friday next week.
