Well I did lose a pound but I should be doing better with excersising so after talking to Charie her is my work out plan.
Monday- 30 minute excersize video push-ups and ab excerizes
Teusday- jumprope and trampoline pilates video
Wednesday- 30 minute video arms and abs
Thursday- 30 minute video and pilates video
Friday- 30 minutes running/walking
Saturday- excersize video
and if I miss a day I have to go a week without sweets and if I miss again 50 push-ups
